‘Live Chat’

A company asked me to look through their websites which they got designed to see if they fulfilled their contract. One thing the designer promised to add is live chat. How did they implement it?

It’s just a link to WhatsApp which is a far cry from implementing live chat. I’m not saying that it’s a bad feature nor would implementing live chat be worth it, just that I can’t put a premium on having “live chat” if it’s just WhatsApp.

Honestly, I’m tempted to just take freelance web design seriously. A lot of sites just aren’t good and are designed by people who aren’t the most organized. Not that my site’s are good or that I’m well organized but I can try.
