Wait, Driving Manual Cars Is A Status Symbol?

One thing I find interesting is how American car enthusiasts is how they think driving manual (also known as “stick shift”) is really cool. I’ve been doing it for years and I don’t think much of it since it’s pretty utilitarian like walking. Starting out you’ll stall and jerk a lot but you get the hang of it, even tricky hill starts.

I’d prefer an automatic, but I’ll work with what I have, ok?
