This game from Game Pass would be a stereotypical walking simulator had it not made you drive. While there isn’t a lot of action, it a good game to play if you want to chill out. In the game, you play as Meredith, an 80s software programmer who returns to her hometown and works as a mail carrier for two weeks. There she gets reconnects with old friends and family, explore her childhood town and form a (possibly colorful) romance—all while deciding whether to move back or continue your life as a programmer on the verge of a huge sale.

It was fun knowing all the townspeople as you deliver parcels and mail. You get to dive into a small town vibe complete with their earnestness. Whether it’s covering your boss committing mail fraud, aiding a NIMBY in opposing an apartment block or even trying to help an avid movie geek grow her business, there’s a lot of small time fun.

Not many mechanics and action to worry about besides sending this package or letter wherever and managing your time to hang out with townsfolk here. Just a relaxing game where you hear people’s stories. Would you torpedo a big deal for the small time life? Play this game and let me know.
